Healthy Weight Management empowers you for permanent lifestyle change. This method which seeks to alter what lies behind the issue, came about through modifications of a program called "Lean for Life", developed the Lynn Edwards, and later carried further by Stephen Thompson who began teaching it in 1997. I trained directly with Stephen Thompson.
This program combines techniques from Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), PSYCH-K, quantum physics, and Huna Healing to teach easy and effective tools for long-lasting change. Gradual weight changes occur naturally, not as a result of heroic effort, but through modifications in the relationship the client has with food.
Healthy Weight Management is a structured 21 day program, and is successful with motivated long distance clients. Included in the program is a book and both daily and weekly homework assignments. After the completion of the 21 day phase, the client has all the tools needed to continue on her or his own for as long as desired. If needed, I am available for continued weekly coaching and support.
